O lord, with face like petal of flower,
With a face, flower-petal-like
you had come into my mind.
You had arrived
you smiled like a brilliant moon,
In my mind.
who knows that.
With moonlight, like the moon You had smiled;
whatever closed doors were there,
That, who did realize?
got opened and free air

entered through the window.
All the closed doors, they got opened;
you made me know the unknown;
Through a window into home a free wind did enter.
acquaintance in the isolation was made.
Letting Unknown be discerned, You were recognized
you are secret like the cascade in the mind.
At a lonesome site.
amidst the crowded world,

you are only my own.
In only my mind's tiny bin,
whether near or far,
You are hid; You are mine, a whole world's throng amid.
you stay in my mind
Close or remote, pleasant dreams filling, You abide;
filling the sweet dream.
You have been in my surmise.

Kusumer papri sama anane is the 2609th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Kusumer pápŕi sama ánane
Tumi esechile
Ámár mane
Jyotsnáy shashii sama hesechile
Ke tá jáne

Ruddha duyár jata chilo khule gelo
Mukta váyu vatáyane ghare je elo
Ajánáy jániye dile jáná hale
Nirajane

Maneri maiṋjuśáte mama
Tumi gopan vishva bhará bhiŕer májhe tumi ápan
Káche vá dúre tháko madhur svapan bhare
Tumi rayecho mor manane

With a face, flower-petal-like
You had arrived
In my mind.
With moonlight, like the moon You had smiled;
That, who did realize?

All the closed doors, they got opened;
Through a window into home a free wind did enter.
Letting Unknown be discerned, You were recognized
At a lonesome site.

In only my mind's tiny bin,
You are hid; You are mine, a whole world's throng amid.
Close or remote, pleasant dreams filling, You abide;
You have been in my surmise.
