O lord, you had told to come and went,
Telling You will come, left You had;
but did not return.
You did not arrive.
you had wiped my eyes and told me not to cry.
Wiping eyes, You had said:
the sun that sets in the evening comes
"No, do not cry!
this time with the morning decoration.

the evening star gets lost
"The setting sun leaves at dusk;
to reappear as morning venus star,
Again it comes in dress of dawn.
do not you see?
Having got lost, the [[:wikipedia:Venus|evening star]],
My coming and going is also similar
[[:wikipedia:Venus|Star of morn]], did you not see, it becomes.
like sevencoloured rainbow.

i am going again this time telling to return,
"Akin to that I come and go,
wait for a while.
Like seven colors of a rainbow.
I am leaving, saying I will come again;
For a short wait, please abide."

Asbe bale giyechile is the 2766th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ásbe bale giyechile
Ele náko
Cokh muchiye balechile
Keṋdo náko

Se ravi asta jáy sáṋjhe
Ábár áse uśár sáje
Sandhyátárá háriye giye
Shuktárá hay dekhoniko

Ámár jáoyá ásáo teman
Sát rauṋá ramdhanur matan
Jácchi ábár ásbo bale
Ekt́u pratiikśáte theko

Telling You will come, left You had;
You did not arrive.
Wiping eyes, You had said:
"No, do not cry!

"The setting sun leaves at dusk;
Again it comes in dress of dawn.
Having got lost, the evening star,
Star of morn, did you not see, it becomes.

"Akin to that I come and go,
Like seven colors of a rainbow.
I am leaving, saying I will come again;
For a short wait, please abide."
