Whatever i did not want to tell,
I am not free from shame, like You, oh Beloved;
was spoken out.
I don't tell my inner secrets, no matter how peerless.
The hidden agony in the core of my heart
But You are in my mind... You've gone on hearing everything;
found expression.
What was at my depths You've seized and brought to notice.
 
Whatever lay hidden in solitude,
in the recess of my mind,
was filled with illumination.
 
I am not without shyness like you,  
O dear.
I do not share the feelings of my mind
whatever exception there may be.

You listen to everything,

Rupe rase kena enecho

Kahite cáhi ni jáhá kahite hayeche
Lukáno marmakathá vyakta hayeche
Já chilo maner końe nibhrta bhuvane
Táháke áloy d́helecho

Niláj nahi ámi ogo priya tava sama
Kahi ná maner kathá hok jata anupama
Maner májháre ácho sabi shuńe calecho
Antare tule dharecho

এই দুর্মদ মাদকতা
কেন দিয়েছ বলো কেন দিয়েছ
শোণিতধারায় এই চঞ্চলতা
রূপে রসে কেন এনেছ

কহিতে চাহি নি যাহা কহিতে হয়েছে
লুকানো মর্মকথা ব্যক্ত হয়েছে
যা’ ছিল মনের কোণে নিভৃত ভুবনে
তাহাকে আলোয় ঢেলেছ

নিলাজ নহি আমি ওগো প্রিয় তব সম
কহি না মনের কথা হোক যত অনুপম
মনের মাঝারে আছ সবই শুণে’ চলেছ
অন্তরে তুলে’ ধরেছ
