Eso prabhu mor nayane
Svapnil oi carańe
Kao kathá káneo káne
Jánibe ná keu jagate

আশা নিয়ে আছি বেঁচে'
আশা ভরা আঁখিপাতে
সব আশা পূর্ণ করে'
থাক সাথে দিনে রাতে

ভুবনে নাহিক আলো
তুমি বিনা সবই কালো
মননে যা লাগে ভাল
তাও ডোবে আঁধারেতে

এসো প্রভু মোর নয়নে
স্বপ্নিল ওই চরণে
কও কথা কানে কানে
জানিবে না কেউ জগতে

O lord, i am surviving
with hope with hopeful eyes.
please fulfill all my expectations
staying together day and night.
in the world there is no light,
everything is dark without You.
whatever was pleasing to the mind
that too sinks in darkness.
o Lord, come into the eyes,
with those dreamy feet.
speak to me whispering
so that no one in the world would know.
