Acin parii madhuvane Phulavitáne elo Nijer buker madhu d́hele Phuler madhu báŕálo Eki hásir báṋshiira tán Eki cokher jalera ván Madhur parii madhu ná niye Madhu d́helei gelo Áṋdhárer pare álo Sabár cokhei láglo bhálo Eman bhálo sariye kálo Kálke hár mánálo	অচিন পরী মধুবনে ফুলবিতানে এল নিজের বুকের মধু ঢেলে’ ফুলের মধু বাড়াল একি হাসির বাঁশীর তান একি চোখের জলের বান মধুর পরী মধু না নিয়ে মধু ঢেলেই গেল আঁধারের পরে আলো সবার চোখেই লাগল ভালো এমন ভালো সরিয়ে কালো কালকে হার মানাল	At paradise the fairy unfamiliar, He entered floral pavilion. Diffusing honey from own bosom, He amplified the flowers' nectar. Oh what notes from his laughing pipe, And such flood of tears from all eyes... Without taking nectar that sweet fairy Went away, having only poured his honey. After darkness, flash of light, It felt good in everybody's eyes... Likewise the good from gloom's removing, It makes time accept defeat.
