Áṋdhár dekhiye bhay páoyáo kena
Hrdaye bháver melá
Bháv bhuliye abháv jágáo kena

Je tomáy mohana sáje
Dekheche priitira májhe
Táháre parer mata
Dúre rákhiyácha hena

Je tomáre bhálabáse
Ánanda devári áshe
Tár páne náhi tákáo
Bhuliyá giyácha jena

Ámi ańu tumi bhúmá
Náhi siimá parisiimá
Ańure sariye dite
Náhi pára e to jána

আলোকে তোমার লীলা
আঁধার দেখিয়ে ভয় পাওয়াও কেন
হৃদয়ে ভাবের মেলা
ভাব ভুলিয়ে অ-ভাব জাগাও কেন

যে তোমায় মোহন সাজে
দেখেছে প্রীতির মাঝে
তাহারে পরের মত
দূরে রাখিয়াছ হেন

যে তোমারে ভালবাসে
আনন্দ দেবারই আশে
তার পানে নাহি তাকাও
ভুলিয়া গিয়াছ যেন

আমি অণু তুমি ভূমা
নাহি সীমা-পরিসীমা
অণুরে সরিয়ে দিতে
নাহি পার এ তো জান

O lord,
in illumination,
I see your divine play, liila',
why then, do you scare me,
showing darkness to me?

My heart is full of ideas, and yet,
making me forget these ideas,
why do you arouse voidness in me?

From those who looks at you,
adorned in enchanting dresses of love,
why do you keep yourself away like a stranger?

To those who love you
with the hope of providing joy to you;
You do not look at
and seem to have forgotten.

I am a particle;
You are cosmic, without limitation or bondage.
Yet, you cannot remove this particle...
this much you should know.
