Aloker oi jharnadharay is the 873rd song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Áloker oi jharńádháráy
Snán kare ele ke go tumi
Sadya snánasikta vasane
Siiṋcita kari marubhúmi
Mor hiyár rukśa marubhúmi

Je bhúmite kabhu trńa ná jágita
Phale phule se je halo sushobhita
Se kathá smariyá tomáre heriyá
Báre báre deha mane nami (ámi)

Chilum badhir adhomukhe nata
Spandan dile ameya amita
Tava sauṋgiite tomár priitite
Mukhar hayechi áji ámi

O Lord,
who are you who came,
bathing in the stream of effulgence?

By the beauty of freshly bathed,
wet clothes,
You soaked the dry desert of my heart.

The land in which even grass would not grow,
became decorated with fruits and flowers.

Remembering this fact,
in contemplation of you,
I surrender before you in body and mind.

I was deaf, keeping my head held low.
You filled me with immeasurable and unlimited vibration.
By your song and love,
I started talking today.
