Ami tomay bhule giyechinu is the 629th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

(Ámi) Tomáy bhule giyechinu
(Tumi) Nije mor páne ceyecho
Ámi path theke sare giyechinu
Tumi pathe more ene diyecho

Táraká theke je graha dúragata
Haite páre ki se apaniita
Tárá je táháre sadá t́ániteche
Tumio ámáre t́enecho

Ságaralaharii bahu dúre jáy
Ságar cháŕite kabhu náhi páy
Sindhu je táre satata d́ákiche
Tumio ámáre d́ekecho

O lord, when i had forgotten you,
You personally looked towards me.

When i deviated from your path,
You brought me back on the track.

The planet,
although far from its nucleus star,
can it ever be dispelled away?
The star constantly pulls it towards itself.
Likewise, you too attract me unto you.

The wave of the ocean moves far away,
but, can it ever leave it?
The ocean calls it always.
In the same way, you too call me again and again.
