Sabai tomay prabhu is the 894th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Sabái tomáy (prabhu)
Sabái tomáy káche cáy
(Ácho) Ańute ańute reńute reńute
Bujhiyá bojhe náko háy

Khuṋji dúr ákáshe snigdha vátáse
Jyotiśka samarase kusuma suváse
Khuṋji náko hiyá májhe rasaghana rúpe sáje
Tái keṋde mari hatásháy

Náme rúpe ghire ácho táhár báhire ácho
Liilárase mete ácho nityadháme ácho
Arúpe sarúpete nirguńe guńátiite
Tava bháve sabe muracháy

O Lord,
everyone wants you close beside.

Though you exist,
pervading in each atom and particle,
alas, we do not understand this fact through knowledge.
We search you in the far sky
and in the soothing breeze,
in the ocean of galaxies,
and in the fragrance of flowers.

But we never search you
in our own core
where you reside
as grand adoration,
as intense beauty and flow.
Hence,
we keep on crying in disappointment.

Though you are surrounded
by name and form,
You exist beyond it too.

You remain ever engrossed
in your divine game (liila'),
and yet, you reside in the eternal abode.

You exist in forms and in a formless state,
in a nonattributional stage as nirgun'a',
beyond all attributes.
In your ideation all become enchanted
to the degree of coma.
