  1. Preparation: Prepare the bulletin at Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/sandbox.
  2. Moving the issue: When a new issue is prepared:
    1. Move the page currently at Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/Current issue to Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/Previous issues.
    2. Copy the page at Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/sandbox to Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/Current issue.
    3. Send PDF to everyone on the Bulletin Subscriber list.
