Here is a "how to guide" for their editors who are and will be working in the bulletin.

  1. Preparation: Prepare the bulletin at Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/sandbox
  2. Moving the issue: When an issue is ready, move the page to Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/Current issue
  3. Replacing the current issue: When a new issued needs to be moved to the "Current issue" page, move the existing issue to "Sarkarverse:Sarkarverse Bulletin/Year Month Date" and start the "Current issue" afresh.
