O lord,
I have cherished You so much;
having loved you,
Can I forget You any longer?
how is it possible for me to forget you?
All my hope and all my love
Are adrift in memory of Thee.

All my hopes and love
No flower exists in my garden;
float adrift, remembering you.
Everything is Your embodiment.
All the honey in the blossoms
My Dear Friend, it orbits Thee.

In my garden,
All that I perceive in my heartsky,
they are not mere flowers
In want of You, no moon have I.
but your expression.
However bright the moonlight,
The nectar of their nucleus
It pleases only on seeing Thee.
is meant for you only.

In the firmament of my heart
I observed you as my moon.
In its pleasing moonlight
I found only you.

Tomare besechi je bhalo is the 917th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáre besechi je bhálo
Ár ki bhulite pári
Sab áshá sab bhálabásá (ámar)
Bhese cale tomáy smari

Phulavane phul nay
Sab kichu tumi may
Koraker sab madhu
Ogo baṋdhu tomáy gheri

Hrdákáshe jata cái
Tumi cháŕá cáṋd nái
Jyotsnár jata álo
Láge bhálo tomáy heri

I have cherished You so much;
Can I forget You any longer?
All my hope and all my love
Are adrift in memory of Thee.

No flower exists in my garden;
Everything is Your embodiment.
All the honey in the blossoms
My Dear Friend, it orbits Thee.

All that I perceive in my heartsky,
In want of You, no moon have I.
However bright the moonlight,
It pleases only on seeing Thee.
