O Lord, the finite lies concealed in the boundless,
Amid the Infinite, limit is innate;
and You are there in both.
In both the two are You, oh Master.
You surround all, filling every mind,
Everyone You envelop, mind You pervade;
yet You lie beyond our touch, our reach.
Nonetheless, proximity You don't give.
By swinging cadence of Your play,

You dance and move away.
Having swayed, off You go on a swing of [[:wikipedia:Lila (Hinduism)|entertainment]];
As one tries to feel You, You take those feelings away.
When starting to fathom You, away You take the sense.
The flame that fills the soul- never let it die.
It keeps filling existence, oh that flame;
You are in air and fire, in the endless blue of the sky,
Never do You let it get extinguished.
in the smile of stars and in harmonious feelings.

Even in the particle of love that anoints the mind
You are on azure sky, in fire, in air;
with sweetness meditates on You, God.
By star-smile, You're combined with mental state.
That grain of love, a sweetness on mind it paints;
You are the Almighty and also Its contemplation fit.
