On this autumn sky,
Neath this same autumn sky,
with the upsurge of shepha’lii fragrance,
A [[:wikipedia:Nyctanthes arbor-tristis|night jasmine]] pines.
where the white cloud goes on floating?
Where does the white cloud go a-sailing,
On the silvery boat, at this evening time,
Like a silver raft at time of evening?
it fills with dreamy impulse.
Spell of dream, brimming it provides.
On this earth heavenly beauty has come,

tender and green incomparable,
Brought to earth has been a form of heaven,
illusive beauty. With soft breeze,
An amazing sorcery from green and tender.
as fragrant incense, unknowingly
On a gentle breeze incense fragrant,
towards which desideratum does it rush?
Toward Whom does it race, not advising?
All rush towards only One,

dancing and singing as the chirping of birds,
To only the One, everybody hies,
and filling the sweetness of rhythm in life,
In dance and song, bird-chirping alike.
fainting by the tinkling of melody.
Both rhythm and sweetness filling life,
They swoon by the jingling of melody.
