O Lord,
The path You took when You came,
the fragrance of that path
Even now its sweet scent remains.
on which you came,
The smile that You let drop,
lingers on it even to this day.
Even now its vibration romps.

The smile that you scattered,
You came with perfumed lyrics and rhythmic tunes;
that vibration dances on even today.
In concert with each breath of life You moved.
Why did You gaze in my direction...
That glance of Yours abides in my heart's core.

You came through fragrant songs,
Just a trace of Your grace, I wanted and received;
rhythms and melodies,
My greatest accomplishment was simply Your caprice.
and became mingled with all life.
Even now, my sense of that attainment has not passed;

I live in the fond hope of achieving it again.
Why did you gaze at me?
In the core of my heart
that attraction of yours still persists.

I asked for a wee bit of your grace,
and attained it.
My ultimate achievement rests in you.

The consequence of this attainment
has not faded away even to this day.

With the hope of achieving it again only, i survive.
