O Lord,
In the hope of gaining You, to get You close-by,
in the hope of attaining you,
I sing to Your picture, etched upon the mirror of my mind.
in the hope of finding you close beside me,
With Your kindly eyes, covered in the nectar of affection,
I draw your image
You once gazed in my direction; that I never forget.
in my mental mirror
and my sing song to you.

With sweetness-absorbed eyes,
Time after time, for Your work I've come into the world;
soaked in the nectar of affection,
Where I went when my task was done, that I don't remember.
You looked at me.
Never will i forget this incidence.

Time and again,
Again I've arrived, Your flute I've heard once more;
I came to this earth
Responding to Your call, I move about, belting out Your song.
to work for you.

I don't remember where i went,
after completing that work.

I came back
and heard your flute.
Responding to your call,
I keep singing your song.
