Everything in this universe is subject to wanings and decayings, but the Supreme Veracity remains unchanged, unmetamorphosed. So, the man, the aspirant, the intelligent aspirant taking shelter in Him, also attains immortality. That is why He is known as “Mrtyurmrtyu”.|source=Shrii Shrii Anandamurti}}

[I appear before a person according to his or her desires. His or her whole being will be filled with My being. All the jiivas of this universe are rushing towards Me, knowingly or unknowingly.]|source=Shrii Shrii Anandamurti}}
Anandamurti starts the discourse by introducing the shloka: Ye yathá máḿ prapadyante táḿstathaeva bhajámyaham; Mama vartmánuvarttante manuśyáh Pártha sarvashah. What one gets depends on one's desires and everyone is moving around Krsna (The nucleus of the universe) knowingly or unknowingly. He then gives examples to clarify this point: If someone asks for money, he may get money, but he won't get [[Parama Purusa]] and if someone wants Mukti or Moksa, He may get it, but he won't get Him. So the most intelligent thing to do will be to ask for for Him and Him alone and not in order to get pleasure from Him, but to serve and give Him pleasure. Anandamurti goes on explaining the second part of this shloka: one can not avoid moving around the nucleus (Krsna) either from a short radial distance or from a longer one, this path is followed by everyone. There is no other path.<ref name="AV2"/>

Anandamurti starts the discourse by comparing the creator of this universe to a magician. Everything is controlled by him and therefore he is called Iishvara. He then explains that the charm of his magic is temporal, waning. Anandamurti goes on explaining that an intelligent spiritual aspirant will direct his love to the Supreme creator(The magician) because He is the only permanent and immortal entity.<ref name="AV2"/>
