Brahmin (Devanagari: ब्राह्मण, Bengali: ব্রাহ্মণ) is a traditional Hindu society. In the Law of Social Cycle, Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar described four main socio-psychological types, whereby human psychological and physical endowment and social motivations are expressed: the Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra labourer.
