Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that something cannot come from a void. It must have a source. So the physical structure depends on the mental faculty, and the multifarious expressions depend on the three relative factors that have energy as their source. The root cause of all creation and expression is the cognitive faculty or [[Parama Purusa]]. He then explains that nothing can be hidden from the Supreme Father. That has its disadvantages, but the advantage of having the Supreme with us all the time outshines all disadvantages. Anandamurti goes on saying that because the mind takes the shape of its object, one should move along the path of spirituality fearlessly thinking of the Lord.<ref name="AV12"/>
