	There has been some confusions over having uci and nici redirects.I have been keeping these redirects. So far, according to our consensus, articles titles will not have uci, nici, but article body may contain special characters, and if a title with uci/nici/special characters is linked in article body, a redirect will be required. 			* I have got some more information— 10,000 redirects will take less than 2.5 MB space.
