For him,
For His sake, excited greatly
my heart has become extremely restless today.
Is this heart of mine today.
I sit by the path he would arrive on, waiting.
Expecting His advent I've kept waiting,
Gazing at the roadway.

Looking at the line of lightning
I see lightning streaks amid the gloom of clouds;
amidst the darkness of clouds,
Peacocks dance, fanning their tails, oh wow!
when the peacock spreads its tail,
So now, can my Sweet Dear appear far behind?
then, in expectation of the immediate arrival
My heart and mind rise thrilling with delight.
of my dear companion,
my mind and heart shiver with thrill.

Many a winter went away through the door,
How many falls went crying out the door;
many a spring silently moved away.
How many springs did quietly withdraw!
many a garland of hope dried and withered.
My garland of hope, dried up had it become;

But He came at long last, hearing my call.
After such along time
He finally came, listening to my call.
