According to Anandamurti, a a human being should never do [[Papa|pápa]], what he should do is pratyaváya. One should never steal, but try to help and assist others. Papa seems good and enjoyable until as long as we do not get the reaction of it. While doing evil, people may enjoy themselves, but ultimately it leads to only misery.
{{Quote box|width=360px|bgcolor=|align=left|quoted=1|salign=right|quote=So, before you commit any pápa, you should think about its adverse reaction, immediate or subsequent. In good action, there may be some pain, but the reaction will always be beneficent.|source=Shrii Shrii Anandamurti}}Anandamurti starts the discourse by explaining the difference between Papa and Pratyavaya. Papa means  you do something you should not be doing and pratyavaya means you abstain from acting when you should. He then explains that sinners may feel exalted temporarily but they fail to see the painful outcome of careless actions. Anandamurti goes on saying that "Badra" means doing good everywhere, externally and internally. Such people are aware that deeds bare consequences and they do good in every situation, even painful. They will certainly meet with success and bliss.="AV1"/>

Anandamurti also discusses the difference between “svaccha” and “bhadra”. The term "Svaccha" means good or clean; for example, the water is "svaccha" (clean) and the term "Bhadra" means both internally and externally good.A bhadra person remains careful about what he does or speaks. They perform good works and keep doing good
