Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that The first Humans on this planet had a very poor vocabulary pertaining to the physical body. With clash and cohesion Humanity evolved and spiritual questions regarding the Supreme were contemplated. He then explains that philosophers could not explain who was [[Parama Purusa]] because His jurisdiction is beyond the mind. Anandamurti goes on saying that Shiiva systematized Yoga 7000 years ago when Humanity suffered from a sinner's complex. Krishna reminded people that even the worst sinner can get liberated if He surrenders at the Lord's altar.<ref name="AV12"/>
