O lord,
I'd found You after much adversity,
I attained you after much effort,
Having journeyed far and wide,
wandering a big distance,
Having made pilgrimage to many holy sites,
travelling through many pilgrim centres
And having welcomed troubles aplenty.
and enduring many a hardship.

After passing through hot sands,
Having ransacked desert sands
and melting ice peaks,
And having melted ice-cold poles,
I returned with disappointment,
I'd returned, in lack of hope,
to my vacant temple.
To the shrine of my emptiness.

But when i peeped into my own mind,
Peering inside the mind, I observe
I found you hidden there,
You are hiding, what surpise,
illuminating my dark heart
In a somber heart, giving light
with the lamp of your love.
On the lampstand of love.
