In this discourse Sarkar explains the three categories of human beings:
{{Quote box|width=360px|bgcolor=|align=left|quoted=1|salign=right|quote=Parama Puruśa is beyond temporal and spatial and personal boundaries. But when He comes within their jurisdictions, what happens? Or what may happen? Under such circumstances, we say Parama Puruśa has become Táraka Brahma. Under such circumstances He comes here on a particular date, leaves this earth also on a particular date, takes the birth of His quinquelemental body, the death of His quinquelemental body. This we find, and, as you know, as the hub of the Universe He is an impersonal entity. But when He comes within the jurisdiction of these relative factors, temporal, spatial and personal, He no longer remains an impersonal entity. He becomes something personal, something closer, something closely related, and that is our Táraka Brahma.

# The second category comprises those who think one thing and say another thing, but do what they say – B-class people.
In this discourse, Anandamurti explains the concept of Táraka Brahma (Divine Savior). He states that Parama Puruśa inherently transcends the boundaries of relativity (time, space, person). When Parama Puruśa comes within the jurisdiction of relativity, comes in contact with the five elemental factors (solid, liquid, luminous, aerial, and etherial), then that manifestation of Parama Puruśa is known as Táraka Brahma. Having accepted a quinquelemental body, Táraka Brahma has not only a particular day of birth but also a particular day of death.
# The third category includes those who think one thing, say another thing, and do something completely different – C-class people.
According to Sarkar, most of the present-day world leaders are of the C category.
Sarkar encourages all human beings to become A-class people, people whose thoughts, words, and deeds are one and the same.

According to Anandamurti, Táraka Brahma comes with a two-fold personal mission. First, Táraka Brahma establishes a personal relationship between Parama Puruśa and all of His progeny. In other words, Táraka Brahma comes to satisfy not just the intellect, which may appreciate an impersonal Supreme Entity, but also to satisfy the heart, which seeks a more personal relation. Second, Táraka Brahma brings novelty to a world, stuck in a rut and mired in despair. In other words, when human intellect fails to find solutions to the various impediments to progress, Táraka Brahma comes to light the way.
