Anandamurti starts the discourse by inroducing a shloka (verse) given by Chaitanya Mahaprabhu: Trńádapi suniicena taroriva sahiśńuná; Amániinaḿ mánadena kiirtaniyah sadá Harih. A person has to become very humble and extremely tolerant and pay deference to those who are deprived and distressed. Anandamurti then explains that it would be best to engross the mind with psycho-spiritual or purely spiritual thoughts, as in singing kiirtan to the Lord. Anandamurti goes on explaining that Hari means the one who steals. Out of great love for His devotees, Parama Purusa stealthily removes their sins.
Anandamurti starts the discourse by presenting a question that was posed to Him: "Are women entitled to get emancipation, yes or no?" According to tantric spiritual practice, the minimum requirement for self-realization is having a human body. That alone makes it obvious that women can get salvation. Anandamurti then explains that since time immemorial, religious scriptures perpetrated distinctions among females and males with a deliberate agenda of exploiting women. Anandamurti goes on explaining that all entities are descendants of Parama Purusa. Animals too, although they possess no human structure, can attain salvation if only He desires.
