Anandamurti starts the discourse by presenting Parvatii's questions to lord shiva: "What are the minimum qualifications for a Sadhaka and are there any other qualifications such as age, academic skills and so on?" Shiva's answer was that a Human body is the sole qualification for performing Sadhana. Anandamurti then explains that the Dharma of Human beings is different than animals or plants and that is to realize God within their minds. For that, Self surrender is required.  Bhagavata Dharma had three essentialities: Expansion of mind, Cosmic flow and Service to all. Anandamurti goes on explaining that self realization is not a bonus given to the learned and qualified persons, but rather the birthright of all.<ref name="AV3"/>
