Anandamurti starts the discourse by presenting Parvatii's questions to Lord Shiva: "What are the minimum qualifications for a ''sádhaka'' (spiritual practitioner); and are there any other qualifications such as age, academic skills and so on?" Shiva's answer was that a human body is the sole qualification for performing [[Sadhana|sádhaná]]. Anandamurti then explains that the dharma of human beings is different from the dharma of animals or plants. Realizing God within their hearts is the human dharma, and self-surrender is required to achieve this goal. Human dharma, also known as ''Bhagavata Dharma'', has three essentials: expansion of mind, cosmic flow, and service to all. Anandamurti goes on explaining that self-realization is not a bonus given to an intellectual elite, but rather the birthright of all.<ref name="AV3"/>
Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that those who believe in a doomsday, are either not acquainted with the right philosophy or are thinking irrationally. Anandamurti then explains that after the nerve cells no longer function, the mind gets dissociated from the body in search for a suitable form (according to one's reactive momenta). The mind, then, never becomes suspended in the graveyard waiting for a judgement day to occur, but rather moves on in its course for the next life. Anandamurti goes on explaining that self-realization is not a bonus given to an intellectual elite, but rather the birthright of all.<ref name="AV3"/>
