This path has four stages: The first stage is when the aspirant makes sincere efforts to reach His goal and to move to the second one must take a firm determination and while getting some control over one propensity or another, its important to fight over weaknesses and imbalance of the mind. On the thirds stagebehaind every action there is a particular sound. The sound "Ta" represents inertness and staticity. The first meaning of the word '' Tantra'' is liberation from the bondage of crudeness and dullness of mind. Anandamurti then explains that the the root verb "Tan" means to expand.
