One of the major enemies of human beings is fear. Due to fear much human capacity is wasted and the development of the human personality is retarded. Anandamurti starts the discourse by saying that life is characterized by constant mobility. Everything from our internal cells to the solar system is always moving. Anandamurti then explains that when due to a decrease in mobility stagnation in society occurs, its not enough to go back to the normal speed. Rather, movement must be accelerated in order to deal with piles of garbage resulting from stagnated periods. Anandamurti goes on saying that human beings have to cast aside lethargy and become active in promoting the welfare of all. Human beings have to think internally that they are not inferior to anyone and that they possess enough capabilities to do good work. Their work shell not be for their own welfare but for the welfare of others.<ref name="AV4"/>

Anandamurti then explains that when due to a decrease in movement of society stagnation occurs, its not enough to go back to society's regular speed. On such occasion, movement must be accelerated in order to deal with large piles of garbage which occurred due to deceleration.
