- ^ According to yogic psychology, the átimánas kośa (supramental sphere) is the lowest of the three layers of the causal mind. It corresponds to the maharloka on the cosmic level. In this realm, saḿskáras (reactive momenta) first manifest. This includes the earliest yearnings for sádhaná (spiritual meditation). Hence, this line is a prayer that the Lord augment the spiritual thirst of everyone.
