Bakul belá júṋi kotháy hárá
Candramalliká báhu báŕáye
Táháre d́ákiyá jáy hese hese

Goláper kaliguli phut́e caleche
Dolancáṋpár práńe neshá dhareche
Bhramarer guiṋjan bahu ásháte
Ákásher páne jáy bhese bhese

Nirmegh ákáshe tárár phut́ki háse
Tárá sab jege áche táhári áshe

হেমন্তে শিরশিরে হাওয়াতে
সে যে আসে সে আসে সে যে ওই আসে

মালঞ্চে মালতী ঝরে-পড়া
বকুল বেলা যুঁই কোথায় হারা
চন্দ্রমল্লিকা বাহু বাড়ায়ে
তাহারে ডাকিয়া যায় হেসে হেসে

গোলাপের কলিগুলি ফূটে চলেছে
দোলনচাঁপার প্রাণে নেশা ধরেছে
ভ্রমরের গুঞ্জন বহু আশাতে
আকাশের পানে যায় ভেসে ভেসে

নির্মেঘ আকাশে তারার ফুটকি হাসে
তারা সব জেগে আছে তাহারই আশে

In the thrilling autumn breeze,
It is He who comes, He comes, there He comes.

The flowers of the white creeper fall.
The jasmines have all disappeared.
The chrysanthemum stretches her arms,
Calling Him with a smile

The tender rosebuds are blossoming.
The ginger flower is intoxicated with life.
The honey bees, full of hope,
Rush soaring towards the sky.

The cloudless sky is speckled with smiling stars,
Keeping awake until He comes.
