Sixteen Points is the 7th chapter of Ananda Marga Caryacarya Part 2 written by Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar.[1]
Chapter synopsis
In this chapter Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar gave 16 directions (points)—
- After urination, one has to wash the urinary organ with water.
- Men should either be circumcised or keep the foreskin pulled back always.
- One should never cut the hair of the joints of the body.
- Men should always wear kaopiina (laungot́á).
- One has to do vyápaka shaoca as instructed.
- One has to take bath according to the directed system.
- Take only sáttvika (sentient) food.
- Observe fast as prescribed.
- Do sádhana regularly.
- Observe uncompromising strictness and faith regarding the sanctity of the Iśt́a (Goal).
- Observe uncompromising strictness and faith regarding the sanctity of the Ádarsha (Ideology).
- Observe uncompromising strictness and faith regarding the sanctity of the Supreme Command.
- Observe uncompromising strictness and faith regarding the sanctity of the Conduct Rules.
- Always remember the content of your oaths.
- Regular participation in the weekly dharmacakra at the local jágrti should be considered mandatory.
- Observe C.S.D.K. (Conduct Rules, Seminar, Duty, Kiirtana).
