Who else can grace me, lord,
Besides You, who else can be merciful?
Who else can i accept as my own.
Throughout the universe, whom else to revere?

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tumi biná ke bá krpá karite páre
Ár káke máni sárá carácare

Tomár karuńá lági sabe ceye áche go
Sakal maner biińá ek sure báje go
Sabákár santáp sakal anutáp
Ekákár hay tava dayáságare

Doś guń náhi dekhi sabe bhálabáso go
Múrkha abodh bale ghrńá náhi karo go
Sakal práńer práń sakaler anudhyán
Sabár trpti tái tomáke ghire

Besides You, who else can be merciful?
Throughout the universe, whom else to revere?

All look to your for your grace
Today their minds' lyres harmoniously attuned
Their repentant penances merged in your merciful sea
They do not question your merits or demerits
They love you, only.

And you cannot hate
You cannot discriminate
Between the foolish and the brave.
You are the life of all lives
The veritable goal of all hearts.
All attain fulfillment from you alone.
