Balo ná ámáy tumi balo ná ámáy
Bhramará áji kena ele ná tumi
E malaya váy

Kon se ajáná parii d́ekechilo tomáke
Áloker ábháse jinechilo manke
Ucchal cetanár unmada bhávanár
Máyáy bholálo tomáy

Kon se kumudinii buk bhará madhute
Maner keshare choṋyá jyotsnár vidhute
Saháse tákiyechilo rabhase d́ekechilo
Tumi cale gele nirupáy

নিঃসঙ্গ ফুল কয়
বলো না আমায় তুমি বলো না আমায়
ভ্রমরা আজি কেন এলে না তুমি
এ মলয় বায়

কোন্‌ সে অজানা পরী ডেকেছিলো তোমাকে
আলোকের আভাসে জিনেছিলো মনকে
উচ্ছল চেতনার উন্মদ ভাবনার
মায়ায় ভোলালো তোমায়

কোন্‌ সে কুমুদিনী বুক ভরা মধুতে
মনের কেশরে ছোঁয়া জ্যোৎস্নার বিধুতে
সহাসে তাকিয়েছিলো রভসে ডেকেছিলো
তুমি চলে' গেলে নিরুপায়

The isolated flower tells today,
“You tell me, O the sandal breeze,
why the honeybee did not come today”.
Which unknown angel had called You,
with the faint appearance of light,
he won over the mind.
With frenzied illusive feeling
of restless consciousness,
who made me oblivious of You?
Which lily flowers
with heart full of honey,
touched with mental saffron,
and light of the moon,
smilingly looked with feelings,
called You that You went away
without option.
