Chilum paŕe tumi jágiye diyecho

Nishchidra nishá poháye gelo
Aruń áloke púvákásh ráuṋgilo
Mánuśer mane priiti sudhá jágilo
Ákásh vátás táte spandita karecho

Tumi esecho giiti guiṋjarane
Shyámal shaśpe ghana trńa shayane
Báhire bhitare vyakta o gopane
Sabáre bhálabese sabáre náciyecho

তুমি এসেছ দীপ জ্বেলেছ
মনের আঁধার দূরে সরিয়েছ
অন্ধকারে ঘুমেরই ঘোরে
ছিলুম পড়ে' তুমি জাগিয়ে দিয়েছ

নিশ্ছিদ্র নিশা পোহায়ে গেল
অরুণ আলোকে পূবাকাশ রাঙ্গিল
মানুষের মনে প্রীতি-সুধা জাগিল
আকাশ বাতাস তাতে স্পন্দিত করেছ

তুমি এসেছ গীতি গুঞ্জরনে
শ্যামল শষ্পে ঘন তৃণ শয়নে
বাহিরে ভিতরে ব্যক্ত ও গোপনে
সবারে ভালবেসে' সবারে নাচিয়েছ
