Abhidevananda Avadhuta is a monk of Ananda Marga order. He has written books like The Passion of Lord Anandamurtiji, Yoga Tattva. Currently he is working in the Israel centre of Ananda Marga.
Monastic Life
First initiated into Ananda Marga in the USA in the late 60's, Abhidevananda Avadhuta is now a senior acarya of Ananda Marga. From an early age as a worker of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar, he has served in various organizational positions around the world - predominantly in Africa, Europe, Australia, and Israel. He has worked for AMURT in disaster relief, and for PROUT as a revolutionary organizer. He has given numerous lectures around the world on many aspects of Ananda Marga.
