My sweet spring season is going away.
My [[:wikipedia:Chaitra|month of spring]] goes away;
The tender leaves became matured;
Green a fresh leaf did become.
the green leaves became yellow
The leaf, on getting yellow-tinged,
and withered down merging totally
With dust it totally incorporates.
with the dust. The cuckoo came and

with flood of songs it called.
A [[:wikipedia:Koel|cuckoo bird]] had come;
With the arrival of summer sun
A flood had called in song.
where that flow is lost?
On advent of the summer,
There was sweetness in the air,
Somewhere lost is that current.
and moon in the sky,

but dense rain-bearing clouds cover them.
In the air had been ambrosia;
Upon sky the moon had been.
By monsoon clouds opaquely thick,
Their veiling is given.

Mor madhumas cale jay is the 3105th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Mor madhumás cale jáy
Kishalay patra halo
Patra parńa haye
Dhúláy nihsheśe misháy

Koyel esechilo
Gáne ván d́ekechilo
Nidágher ágamane
Se dhárá kothá háráy

Vátáse sudhá chilo
Ákáshe sudháḿshu chilo
Právrt́er ghana meghe
Táder d́hákiyá dey

My month of spring goes away;
Green a fresh leaf did become.
The leaf, on getting yellow-tinged,
With dust it totally incorporates.

A cuckoo bird had come;
A flood had called in song.
On advent of the summer,
Somewhere lost is that current.

In the air had been ambrosia;
Upon sky the moon had been.
By monsoon clouds opaquely thick,
Their veiling is given.
