O Lord, You went telling that You would return,
You'll appear,
but why did not You come?
You'll arrive, You went on saying.
The threaded garland of flower withered away,
\Why did You come not?
You, You did not put on.
The threaded floral garland,
In the balcony, unmindfully,
It molted blooms as You wore it not.
I remained seated in isolation.

The sandal breeze whispered in the ears
At the window, listlessly
that You did not keep the words.
I stay seated, solitary.
The sun rises and sets, speaking secretly,
Whispers a gentle breeze into ear:
“This time I would appear in the east,
"Promise, You kept it not."
you do not cry”.

The sun arrives, and it sinks;
But goes on speaking secretly:
"Again I'll rise in the east;
Oh you, please cry not."

Asibe, asibe bale gele is the 3024th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ásibe
Ásibe bale gele
Kena ele ná
Gáṋthá phuler málá
Jhare gelo parile ná

Vátáyane ánmane
Base tháki nirajane
Malay shonáy káne
Kathá rákhile ná

Ravi áse jáy d́ube
Kaye jáy cupecupe
Ábár jágibo púbe
Tumi keṋdo ná

You'll appear,
You'll arrive, You went on saying.
\Why did You come not?
The threaded floral garland,
It molted blooms as You wore it not.

At the window, listlessly
I stay seated, solitary.
Whispers a gentle breeze into ear:
"Promise, You kept it not."

The sun arrives, and it sinks;
But goes on speaking secretly:
"Again I'll rise in the east;
Oh you, please cry not."
