O Lord, I call You day and night,
Day and night I call to Thee;
are You not able to listen?
Are You unable to hear?
I call You in light and dark,
I call in light and in obscurity,
sleep awake or dream.
Awake, in dream, and sleeping.
The day comes and passes.

Many long nights are lost.
Days come, then days vanish;
In the illusive mirage of hope
Many nights get lost forever.
I am sitting looking towards the path.
By a hope-mirage's magic,
In the seasons of summer, rain,
Watching path I stay waiting.
autumn, pre-winter and winter

I have remained engrossed in
In summer and in monsoon, then in autumn,
the thought that the spring would come.
In pre-winter and in winter seasons,
Even though fruitless, I stay absorbed;
I think You will arrive in spring.

Tomay daki dine rate is the 3114th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Tomáy d́áki dine ráte
Tumi ki páo ná shunite
D́áki áloy ándhárete
Jágarańe svapne nide

Din áse din cale jáy
Ciratare kata rát háráy
Áshá mariicikár máyáy
Base tháki ceye pathe

Griiśme varaśáy sharate
Hemante shiiter rtute
Vyartha hayeo tháki mete
Bhávi ásibe vasante

Day and night I call to Thee;
Are You unable to hear?
I call in light and in obscurity,
Awake, in dream, and sleeping.

Days come, then days vanish;
Many nights get lost forever.
By a hope-mirage's magic,
Watching path I stay waiting.

In summer and in monsoon, then in autumn,
In pre-winter and in winter seasons,
Even though fruitless, I stay absorbed;
I think You will arrive in spring.
