- ^ According to yogic psychology, the Atimánas Kośa (supramental sphere) is the lowest of the three layers of the causal mind. It corresponds to the Maharloka on the cosmic level. In this realm, saḿskáras (reactive momenta) first manifest. This includes the earliest yearnings for sádhaná (spiritual meditation). Hence, the underlying meaning of this line is that the Lord should augment the spiritual thirst of everyone.
