Cupicupi balo
Práńer vahnishikhá áshár ujjvala t́iiká
Tava dyotanáy jhalamala

Trtiiya keha nái shunite gopan kathá
Tumi balibe ámi shunibo se váratá
Máliká sama hiyáy thákibe gáṋthá
Derii sahe ná ek palo

Tomáre bhálobese dúre tháká halo dáy
Báhir antara tava dyuti jhalakáy
Maner madhuvan tomáre pete cáy
Tava bhávanáy ucchala

কোন সে সুদূরে থাকো তুমি
চুপিচুপি বলো
প্রাণের বহ্নিশিখা আশার উজ্জ্বল টীকা
তব দ্যোতনায় ঝলমল

তৃতীয় কেহ নাই শুনিতে গোপন কথা
তুমি বলিবে আমি শুনিব সে বারতা
মালিকা সম হিয়ায় থাকিবে গাঁথা
দেরী সহে না এক পলও

তোমারে ভালোবেসে দূরে থাকা হলো দায়
বাহির অন্তর তব দ্যুতি ঝলকায়
মনের মধুবন তোমারে পেতে চায়
তব ভাবনায় উচ্ছল

Oh Flame of Life, Hope's Shining Commentary,
With Your implication aglitter.

Listening to secret talk no third person is there;
You will speak, and that message will I hear.
To heart it will stay adhered, like a wreath;
This bears no delay, not even a moment.

Having loved You from afar, the waiting was hard;
Flashes Your splendid beauty, inside and external.
To get You it yearns, the mind's Vrindavan;
Upon Your contemplation, it's ebullient.
