Ele ár gele ná kaye ná bale E keman ásá jáoyá tava Jáhá enechile sabai phele gele Nile ná já bole chile nobo Phúl niye áj kándiyá calechi, Nije gánthá málá chinŕiyá phelechi Gáner arghya phelá jáy náko Tári áche shudhu anubhava, Mádhurii bheseche ánkhir dháráy Shyámalimá geche márava jváláya Maner mukutá háre chilo gánthá Tái táre mane rekhedobo	এলে আর গেলে না কয়ে না বলে’ এ কেমন আসা-যাওয়া তব যাহা এনেছিলে সবই ফেলে’ গেলে নিলে না যা’ বলেছিলে নোব ফুল নিয়ে আজ কাঁদিয়া চলেছি নিজে গাঁথা মালা ছিঁড়িয়া ফেলেছি গানের অর্ঘ্য ফেলা যায় নাকো তারই আছে শুধু অনুভব মাধুরী ভেসেছে আঁখির ধারায় শ্যামলিমা গেছে মারব জ্বালায় মনের মুকুতা হারে ছিল গাঁথা তাই তারে মনে রেখে’ দোব	O lord, you came and went without telling, without speaking, how is this coming and going of yours? whatever you brought, all were thrown, you did not even take which you told to take. carrying the flowers, today i am crying, i have broken and thrown the garland that i threaded myself. but the offerings of songs i am unable to throw, since it contains only feelings full of experiences. sweetness flows away into the flow of tears. greenness and freshness has gone away due to desert heat. the mental pearl garland is kept threaded, that i shall keep in the mind.
