Ándhár esechilo Tomár núpur dhvani holo Álo elo Bádal meghe d́hekechilo Sare gelo Tapasyá cale chilo biná virati Shata shata yuga dhare kata ná ráti Púrńa halo tár jajina áhuti Tumi ele sudhá jharilo Je áshá cápá chilo búker májhe Je bháśá phot́eni kabhu rúper sáje Je din lágeni kabhu kono káje Phule phale madhute bharilo	আঁধার এসেছিল তোমার নূপুর ধ্বনি হ’ল আলো এল বাদল মেঘে ঢেকেছিল সরে গেল তপস্যা চলেছিল বিনা বিরতি শত শত যুগ ধরে’ কত না রাতি পূর্ণ হ’ল তার যজ্ঞাহুতি তুমি এলে সুধা ঝরিল যে আশা চাঁপা ছিল বুকেরও মাঝে যে ভাষা ফোটে নি কভু রূপের সাজে যে দিন লাগে নি কভু কোন কাজে ফুলে ফলে মধুতে ভরিল	O lord, the darkness had come but your anklebell sound came and the light came. the dark clouds had covered the white ones in the sky, they have blown away and light came. the penance was going on without any recess, for hundreds of ages throughout the innumerable nights. their final oblation concluded, you came and showered nectar. The hopes that were kept suppressed within the core of the heart, the language that never expressed in beautiful adornment, the days that were not utilized in any proper activities, you filled all with fruits, flowers and honey.
