The lord of aloka (the realm of light)
The heavenly Lord has descended,
has descended
His body coated with Eden's pollen.
smeared with heavenly pollen
He has churned the ocean of effulgence;
churning the ocean of effulgence
Upon the earth, he pours ambrosia.
pouring ambrosial nectar onto earth.

Sleeping creatures awaken

Alakar prabhu namiya eseche is the 426th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Alakár prabhu námiyá eseche
Nandanareńu mákhiyá gáy
Álor ságare náŕá diyeche se
Tridasher sudhá d́hele dharáy

Ghumanta jiiv jágiyá ut́heche
D́úbanta ravi aruńe heseche
Ananta náce gáne o chande
Triloka ánande bhásiyá jáy

Niśpiśt́a jiiv cetaná peyeche
Niviśt́a bháv mukhara hayeche
Niśikta hiyá madhudyotanáy
Surasaptake kii je go gáy

The heavenly Lord has descended,
His body coated with Eden's pollen.
He has churned the ocean of effulgence;
Upon the earth, he pours ambrosia.

Sleeping creatures awaken
when the darkened sky
breaks into brilliant crimson light.
The three worlds dance
in blissful rhythm and delight.

From their wretchedness
the living
have regained consciousness
and speechless humanity
proclaims her eloquence.

The heart
intoxicated with joy
sings out in myriad melodies
in sweet ideational waves.
