O lord, forgetting you under some delusion,
I was neglecting You for pointless tricks;
i passed my time on the earth.
With Earth's breast I made time vanish.
due to some enchanting call,
Wrapped was it in some kind of black magic;
i could not listen to my well wisher.
Hence I did not heed well-wishers.
when the darkness descended in my life

and i had lost faith on anyone,
When down the gloomy dark, it came,
then i started asking you to come
And for support no one remained,
and save me from that situation.
Then do I say now: "Please betide;
i did not have timely awareness;
Save me from this risky plight."
still i know that you are helpful for all.

kindly pull me and making me your own,
Sense I had not in a timely fashion,
stay with me during my pain and pleasure.
Yet I know that You are everyone's.
So draw me to You, make Your own;
Stay mine in both joy and sorrow.

Ami tomay bhule kiser chale is the 2140th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Ámi tomáy bhule kiser chale
Kál kát́álum dharár buke
Kon kuhake chilo d́eke
Tái shuni ni shubhárthiike

Áṋdhár jakhan nebe elo
Bharasá keu ná rahilo
Takhan bali eso cali
Báṋcáo prabhu ei vipáke

Samaye huṋsha hay ni ámár
Tabu jáni tumi sabár
T́áno more ápan kare
Tháko ámár sukhe duhkhe

I was neglecting You for pointless tricks;
With Earth's breast I made time vanish.
Wrapped was it in some kind of black magic;
Hence I did not heed well-wishers.

When down the gloomy dark, it came,
And for support no one remained,
Then do I say now: "Please betide;
Save me from this risky plight."

Sense I had not in a timely fashion,
Yet I know that You are everyone's.
So draw me to You, make Your own;
Stay mine in both joy and sorrow.
