Piercing through the bosom of darkness,
Piercing the breast of darkness,
the typhoon of light has come.
Light's tempest has come.
It has proclaimed many strangers,
It has kindled lamps in many homes.

Many ignorant were enlightened
Now none is foreign to anyone;
and many homes became illuminated with lamps.
Each one is everybody's relative.
Nourished with nectar from the same Earth,
With the same garb all are dressed.

Now, nobody is distant to anyone.
Nobody exploits other persons;
All are closely related to one another.
Objects of contentment no one threatens.

With resplendent face and noble heart,
There exists only one earth, nourished with nectar.
All have set forth toward Greatness.
All are dressed in one adornment.

Let no one exploit anyone.
Let none feed himself by threatening others.
Let all move towards the great
with vibrant faces and raised bosoms.

Andhakarer vaksa bhediya is the 1060th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1][2]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Andhakárer vakśa bhediyá
Álor tuphán eseche
Kata ajánáre jánáye diyeche
Kata ghare váti jveleche

Keha nahe káro dúrete ekhan
Sabái sabár ápanár jan
Eki vasudhár sudháy pálita
Eki sáje sabe sejeche

Keha náhi kare káhára shośań
Keha náhi kare bhiitite tośań
Ujjvala mukhe unnata buke
Bhrhater páne caleche

Piercing the breast of darkness,
Light's tempest has come.
It has proclaimed many strangers,
It has kindled lamps in many homes.

Now none is foreign to anyone;
Each one is everybody's relative.
Nourished with nectar from the same Earth,
With the same garb all are dressed.

Nobody exploits other persons;
Objects of contentment no one threatens.
With resplendent face and noble heart,
All have set forth toward Greatness.
