Dur ambare sandhyasayare is the 2499th song of Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar's Prabhat Samgiita.[1]

Lyrics

Roman script[nb 1] Bengali script Translation

Dúr ambare sandhyásáyare
Je raktalekhá likhe dile
Táhár cihna habe ná jiirńa
Man theke mor kona kále

Tava rauṋe ámi milemishe gechi
Ámár ámi-re háráye phelechi
Tomár priitite hási ashrute
Báṋcár ánand dile d́hele

Rauṋ niye prabhu kare cale khelá
Cáridike tava rauṋe bhará melá
Se liilár rase amrta rabhase
Priya tumi mor káche ele

O lord, in the distant sky,
at evening ocean,
the red writing that you sketched,
that mark will not wear out,
any time from my mind.
i am totally merged in your colour,
and lost my own “i” feeling.
by your love, smiles and tears,
you poured the joy of existence.
with colours, you go on playing;
all over there is
festivity of your colour.
In that flow of Your divine game,
with upsurge of nectar,
o my dear, you came close.
