Abhimáne chilo dúre
Bujhini tá kśańatare

Dekhi ceye áṋkhir páte
Ashruvindu chilo táte
Jyotsná ráter svapna sáthe
Ceye dekheni se more

Vidáy káler játrá pathe
Dáṋŕiyechilum málá háte
Sheś nishiithe malay váte
Balle ásbo báre báre

এতদিন যারে চেয়েছিনু
সে কি এসেছিল ঘরে
অভিমানে ছিল দূরে
বুঝিনি তা' ক্ষণতরে

দেখি চেয়ে আঁখির পাতে
অশ্রুবিন্দু ছিল তাতে
জ্যোৎস্না রাতের স্বপ্ন সাথে
চেয়ে দেখেনি সে মোরে

বিদায় কালের যাত্রা পথে
দাঁড়িয়েছিলুম মালা হাতে
শেষ নিশীথে মলয় বাতে
বললে আসব বারে বারে
