Kata janamer pratiikśáy
Juga juga dhari ásá patha cáhi
Base chinu tava apekśáy

Bhule giye chile d́ákiche tomáre
Ekjan dhyáne jape báre báre
Manete jakhan paŕila takhan
(Tumi) Nece chut́e ele rátula páy

Sádhanár bale pái ni tomáre
Ahetukii krpá kariyácho more
Tomár krpáy tomáre peyechi
(Tumi) Púrńatá dile mor ásháy

কত কাল পরে পেয়েছি তোমারে
কত জনমের প্রতীক্ষায়
যুগ যুগ ধরি আসা পথ চাহি
বসে ছিনু তব অপেক্ষায়

ভুলে গিয়ে ছিলে ডাকিছে তোমারে
একজন ধ্যানে জপে বারে বারে
মনেতে যখন পড়িল তখন
(তুমি) নেচে ছুটে এলে রাতুল পায়

সাধনার বলে পাই নি তোমারে
অহেতুকী কৃপা করিয়াছো মোরে
তোমার কৃপায় তোমারে পেয়েছি
(তুমি) পূর্ণতা দিলে মোর আশায়

After so very long, I have found You,
Having awaited many lifetimes.
For eons, I've watched Your path of arrival,
Lingering in anticipation of Thee.

You had forgotten that one person
Was constantly meditating on You,
Calling You again and again.
When it occurred to Your mind,
You came rushing towards me,
Dancing with Your rosy feet.

I cannot attain You by the strength of my spiritual effort;
You blessed me for no reason.
By your grace, I attained You,
and all my aspirations became fulfilled.
